Sr. BPM Developer

Specific Responsibilities:
Provide engineering, design and development services using the Oracle 11g BPM and SOA suite.
Assist client project team with the development and implementation of BPM Processes.
Ensure client process maps conform with Oracle BPMN 2.0 modeling standards and best practices.
Provide client project team with BPM process design and ADF development support in an agile/waterfall development environment.
Provide guidance on using JDeveloper to customize BPM applications to work with other Oracle Components such as the Business Rules Engine, the Human Workflow Engine, and the Adapter Framework.
Develop, implement and deploy BPM processes and ADF forms for performance over a WAN with low bandwidth and high latency.
Configure and customize the Oracle BPM Workspace and web services to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Document BPM and WebLogic Server Administration procedures and Provide client Engineers with over-the-shoulder support.
Address debugging issues with Oracle BPM projects and ADF forms.
Position Requirements:
Required Skills:

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
Over 10 years of proven experience in configuring and administering in BPM.
Experience in configuring and administering Oracle Weblogic server and BPM servers
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users.
Keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
