Scope:
The Application Administrator is responsible for application administration and support. Assists in the development and deployment of application enhancements, user and security configuration and the resolution of day-to-day user application issues. Develops or modifies procedures to solve complex problems and deliver desired results. Competent to work at the technical level of most phases of analysis while considering the business implications to the current and future business environment. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Performs application configuration changes using Administration Tool functions
? Provides level 3 support to end users; serves as point of contact to Customer and Vendor Support teams .
? Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
? Analyze system issues and bugs. Suggests remediation options
? Performs business analyst functions for projects and applies the appropriate project management procedures and techniques.
? Works with business representatives and applies business expertise to ensure quality and accuracy in articulating the business needs into technical application requirements.
? Acts as the Subject Matter Expert and Point of contact for the business regarding system functionality.
Education:
Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, computer science or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
