Our direct client of ours is looking for a Software Developer - .Net C# Consultant to join their technical team as a contractor at their Grater Chicago Area (Rolling Meadows), IL location

***The Hiring manager is looking for a Solid C#, .Net Technical Software Engineer with strong expertise framework features such WPF, Win Forms, WCF Services with excellent communication skills***

Description:
- Software development developer with at least 5 years development experience
- Experience in full software development life cycle with a good understanding of the processes.
- Strong Development experience in the areas of C#, .Net Framework features such WPF, Win Forms, WCF Services and SQL Server 2008
- Development experience in C++ is a big plus
- Agile methodologies and practices
- Experience with development of real-time based systems using distributed computing across various systems, Client / Server systems.
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming techniques
- Experience with object oriented analysis, use case analysis, performance analysis, Object modeling and Database schema design, database objects etc
- Should be conversant with the Application architectures, N- Tier, MVC designs, Design patterns etc
- Develop system unit test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved and validate that business goals are accomplished
- Develop detailed estimates for projects, timelines
- Create detailed design plans for the given requirements and then make technical decisions to meet the design goals.
- Experience with source code control systems such as Clear Case, Visual SourceSafe & SVN
- Ability to work effectively with, and support the needs of project team members, SQA and the customer support department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Shall be able to work independently without much guidance.
- Should have at least a Bachelor's degree.
