Description
Direct client of ours is looking for 3 Senior Technical Support Specialists for their Gaithersburg, MD location. This is a Contract to Hire or Temp to Perm position.

The Senior Technical Support Specialist (TSS) represents clients as a first point of contact to all callers.
-A senior TSS is responsible for providing technical support to customers via the telephone and/or electronic format.
-A senior TSS is responsible for solving complex issues regarding functionality and usage of clients products.
-A senior TSS must possess capable analysis & troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues and communicate with customers within the client?s product offering and the environments they operate.
-Effective communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
-A senior TSS is expected approach their work in a detail-oriented, well-organized fashion and to further develop a thorough knowledge of clients products and understanding of standard and customer-specific EDI business processes.
-Siebel experience is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills. Fluency in French is desired.
-Proficient level understanding of structure and experience working with at least two Data Formats: (EDI, XML, X12, EDIFACT, Flat File).
-CRM or legacy systems expereince-Required
-Ticketing Systems Expereince either one (Remedy, Siebel, Vantive, Front Range)-Required
-Siebel Expereince-Required 1 year
-Fluent is French-Required for one open position.
