Job Description: We are working on creating the foundation for a vibrant Learning community which will support multiple sub-communities of practice, etc. This person would benefit from having an eye for marketing / communications and an understanding of viral launches and crowd sourcing.

Description/Comment:

This role is learning focused and will augment our staff to assist in a quick launch of the social collaboration tool, Cisco QUAD.

The role will work with our FTE staff to execute approach and assist with community site development, including uploading prior information and cross-load/create linkage to the LBS University platform.

This person would benefit from being slightly technical and understand basic HTML / Java coding in order to address user interface elements which may include creating the buttons.

The investigation, analysis and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, and the information they use. The definition of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems. The creation of viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information systems. Work with business to define business/product requirements. Work independently or in a team to interview end users of systems, collect requirements, develop use cases, and work with application engineers to develop one or more business systems. Consults with business users to provide them with the knowledge needed to run their business. May include business or technical knowledge. May be asked to investigate and provide a solution to the problem at hand.
