Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO/President for an expanding dynamic, technology driven corporation located in the Orange County area. The successful candidate will be energetic, hard-working, and able to think on their feet, function under pressure and meet deadlines. Good problem solving skills and flexibility in work day tasks and hours are essential as this individual needs to be available to support a busy CEO/President in their day to day activities.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for personal staff, solicitations and collaboration requests of the CEO / President

Take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, and act as a liaison between CEO/ President, associates and external business contacts.

Accompany CEO as needed to provide administrative assistance for documentation purposes.

Create business documents, reports and presentations for Company meetings, and business opportunities.

Maintain an effective filing system, both hard copy and electronic.

Event Planning

Handle highly confidential information.

Schedule, organize and manage complex calendar/appointments.

Screen incoming calls, email and social correspondence.

Perform a variety of other related duties, as needed.
