The Occupational Therapist plans, implements and documents patient evaluations and specific treatment plans for individual patients in accordance withthe Occupational Therapy Practice Act, JCAHO, Title 22, AOTA Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice, and the Policies andProcedures of the specific Department.
