Under general supervision, operates conventional, fluoroscopic, or portable radiology equipment to obtain radiographs. Operates mammography, DEXA , ultrasound and/orcomputerized tomography (CT) scanner and magnetic resonance (MRI) scanner to obtain images for the use in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies. Positions patients, assists physicians and provides for patient and staff radiation safety. Ensures that file and records are properly completed. Performs a variety of related clerical tasks.
