PRIMARY PURPOSE :

Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Lead Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for participating in and regulating daily scheduling and administrative functioning of the IHH PSR team to ensure smooth, efficient operations and maintain optimal patient care and practitioner support. In addition to standard PSR duties, the Lead PSR assists with the transition and implementation of new technologies, trains new employees and volunteers, promotes and reinforces best practices and sets the standard for all aspects of the job. The Lead Patient Service Representative works closely with the Clinic Manager to resolve problems, improve systems and promote quality care.
