We are headquartered in San Francisco and are affiliated with California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). Primary Purpose:

The LVN Supervisor is responsible for the fiscal and personnel management of the Greenbrae Clinic. This includes the supervision of daily activities within the departments; organizing, staffing, disciplining, counseling, training, directing, and coordinating the work efforts of these departments. The LVN Supervisor evaluates and monitors standards of practice and patient outcomes. The LVN Supervisor communicates and plans with other department managers & supervisors to ensure an effective level of service. The LVN Supervisor is expected to engage staff in the decision making process as needed and appropriate to solve daily operational problems while identifying trends and recurrent issues. The LVN Supervisor maintains Kronos, submits payroll data and maintains supplies. The LVN Supervisor may also participate in direct patient care and in that role the incumbent works with the clinician and/or other support staff in providing nursing care to patients of various ages according to the policy of the individual practice and in accordance with nursing professional standards and medical foundation policies and procedures. The LVN Supervisor administers medications and start IVs as per their scope of practice. The LVN Supervisor monitors clinical support message pool and insures that message turnaround is timely.
