PRIMARY PURPOSE: (Position Summary)

Under the direct supervision of the Manager ofthe Greenbrae Clinic, incumbent assists in patient registration, scheduling appointments, clinician support and customer service. The position supports over ten clinicians and requires ability to meet multiple demands and responsibilities. The Patient Service Representative is the department's representative to patients and the public at large. Thus, the incumbent must possess exceptional public relations/customer service skills with strong sensitivity to meet patient needs.
