PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Under direct supervision by the Clinic Manager, this position provides administrative coordination for patients, physicians and practioners at the Institute for Health & Healing (IHH) Clinic in San Francisco. Position responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service and timely patient and practitioner follow-up, both in person and on the phone; patient scheduling and electronic record maintenance; and helping to sustain a warm and professional environment. The position provides accurate information about the clinical services of the IHH and other department programs in order to generate patient registrations and increase utilization of IHH services.
