Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Lead Patient Service Representative is responsible for participating in and regulating the daily scheduling and administrative functioning of the Psychiatry PSR team to ensure smooth, efficient functionality and maintain an optimal level of patient care and practitioner support. In addition to standard PSR duties, Lead PSR assists with the transition and implementation of EPIC, trains new employees and volunteers, promotes and enforces best practices and sets the standard for all aspects of the job. The Lead Patient Service Representative works closely with the Clinic Supervisor to resolve problems, improve systems and promote quality care.
