PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Physician Contract Coordinator will have oversight responsibility for the operational procedures associated with all legal arrangements between physicians and the Medical Center and SPMF. The Coordinator's role will include the organization and maintenance of a repository and data base for physician contracts, leases and agreements. The Coordinator may at times serve as a consultant to educate and assist physicians and Medical Center management in addressing physician contract issues and ensuring that contract requirements are met.
