Responsible for operating a multi-line telephone system (Siemens CBX Attendant Console) and to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. 

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent. Six months customer service experience. Experience operating similar equipment is preferable. Excellent verbal communications skills required in order to converse and relay information effectively and to understand orders given under emergency conditions. Clerical perceptions is required to accurately and quickly recognize names and avoid errors in recording, paging and record keeping; excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills. The proven ability to work under emergency conditions and exercise sound judgment.
