The Emergency nurse's primary function is to work in the Emergency Department. This nurse acts as a team member in the Trauma Department when necessary.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Current CA RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS required, TNCC Certification within 90 days of hire/transfer, CCRN and/or CEN obtained within two years of hire or transfer. One year previous ED/Critical Care experience preferred.
