Office Location:  We are conveniently located near Fashion Place Mall at 392 E Winchester Street, Murray, UT 84107.

The RN Triage Nurse will receive and triaging after-hours hospice calls and will provide medical advice to telephone callers/patients, conduct telephone interviews and assessments of hospice patients with acute and/or chronic health problems and will document all telephone calls/communication in the patient record within 24 hours of the time of call.  You will survey and record the client’s symptoms using the nursing process to attain information on the client’s chief complaint, level of urgency, potential of self-care intervention, type of follow-up needed, explanation of medical terms, end-of-life process, and patient care and diagnostic procedures as needed.

Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited RN curriculum and possess an active, non-restricted RN license.  A minimum of 2 years of practical nursing experience is required along with 1 year of experience in Hospice or Home Health.  All candidates will need to complete the California RN certification process (employer sponsored).

2. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
3. Monday – Friday: 11:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.
4. Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.
5. Monday – Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
6. Saturday & Sunday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
7. Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
8. Monday – Friday: 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
9. Monday – Friday: 6:00 pm – 10:00 p.m.
10. Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
