The primary purpose of the Food Services Supervisor is to manage the production, food service, and sanitation staffs of the Food & Nutrition Services department of the Medical Center. Will insure that a clean, sanitary and safe food service enviornment is maintained. Develops and provides employee training programs as well as quality improvement actiivites for the the department. This is an on-call (per diem) position with the opportunity to work many hours.   • High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Food Service, Hospitality, Hotel, or Fine Dining and 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
  • Hospital experience, knowledge of JCAHO, Title 22 regulations, and of clinical nutrition are assets.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to supervise others.
