The Role                                                
The primary role of this position is to assist in the technical analysis of new business requirements and issues and configure and provide level 3 technical support of enterprise applications including Workday, Salesforce.com and Kronos Workforce. The scope of these responsibilities includes managing the support of all packaged software capabilities and integrations for Human Resources, Finance and CRM client teams; resolving configuration and integrations issues; assisting in the configuration and deployment of new vendor software capabilities and integrations.

Responsibilities
  • This experience should be detail-level and include module configuration and setup
  • In depth functional working knowledge of at least one of the following applications: Workday, Kronos, Taleo, SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP, Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with Unix and Windows commands and scripting
  • Experience with XML
  • Excellent organization multi-tasking skills, must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong Microsoft Access and Excel

  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience developing and implementing enterprise solutions using methodologies like SDLC or SCRUM, as well as administration and/or configuration of systems supporting any of the following client teams: Human Resources, Finance or a CRM client team.
  • Experience working with integration tools, like Workday Studio, SnapLogic or Biztalk is a plus.
  • Experience programming in Java or cloud-based applications is a plus.
Academic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience required
