Due
to continued growth, eLoyalty has openings for a CTIOS Systems Software Senior Programmers and Integrators for Cisco
Call Center products including Finesse, CTIOS, CAD, and eLoyalty’s proprietary
solution frameworks.  As a Developer you
will build custom software solutions in Java and/or C# that add value to Cisco
Integrated Contact Solutions Business Unit offerings.  The Developer may build custom CTIOS desktop
software including complete agent desktops and screen pop connectors.

Responsibilities
may include:

• Taking
  user requirements and crafting working desktop implementations to include
  various custom features
• Developing
  using Java and/or C# and SQL Server, working with Cisco’s UCCE products
  (CTIOS and Finesse Desktops)
• Configuring
  CAD (Cisco Agent Desktop) to meet customer desktop requirements

Skills and
Experience:

• Programming
  in Java, Javascript, .NET, & C#
• Desirable
  packages including Cisco Finesse, Cisco CTIOS, JSF, JBoss Portal, Quartz,
  Hibernate
• Basic
  SQL query ability preferably including T-SQL
• Web
  services integration
• AXL
  programming and ICM configuration experience is desirable but not
  required.
• Familiarity
  with AJAX and BASH
• Experience
  with IBM Websphere Application Server 7, Unix/Solaris 10, Web Session
  Management, and failover / redundancy concepts.
• Up
  to 50% travel
