In this position, you will


 




  • Handle complex or escalated calls from customers or internal partners.


  • Provide seamless delivery of sales, service and administrative requests by answering calls directed to the service delivery center.


  • Perform routine account-related transactions such as opening new accounts, completing the account set-up process, performing account maintenance, etc.


  • Other responsibilities could include the cross-selling or up-selling of other financial products.


  • Adhere to the established service level agreement and handle escalated issues by successfully navigating the organization to resolve customer requests.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication Skills


  • At least 2 Years in College Education or equivalent


  • At least 18 years of Age


  • Passion for Customer Service and Excellence


  • Ability to Navigate the Web


  • 3 - 6 Months Customer Service Experience in any field, preferred but not required


  • Willing to work on Shifting Schedules, holidays and/or Weekends


  • Willingness to be work in Quezon City
