Position Summary:



TeleTech is currently searching for
a dynamic individual to fill our Financial Systems Principal Analyst who has
expertise in the Oracle financial system. This position provides
administration, operation, maintenance and user support for TeleTech's
Financial Systems including Oracle Applications R12 modules ( iProcurement, iExpenses,
iSupplier, Approval Management Engine AME, Workflow). The Senior Analyst will
be responsible for daily user support (calls and a ticketing system), weekly
and monthly system tasks, and special projects, product enhancements and
upgrades.



 



Our Sr. Analyst, Oracle Duties &
Responsibilities will include
:



  • Responding
    timely to daily support calls and tickets providing outstanding customer
    support
  • Troubleshoot
    system issues including logging SR's on MetaLink and working with internal IT
    resources as needed
  • Requirements
    gathering and documentation for enhancements
  • Documentation
    of system set-up changes
  • Creation
    of training materials
  • Provide
    general training for new employees, for enhancements, and other required topics
    as needed
  • Notify
    users of system issues and keep them up-to-date
  • Adherence
    to SOX rules and guidelines
  • Assisting
    with system audits and documentation
  • Performing
    and overseeing testing for enhancements, patches, upgrades, etc



 



Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelors
    degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required
  • 2
    + years experience with all or some of the applicable Oracle financial
    applications in a support role
  • Minimum
    5/7 years experience with Oracle EBS applications
  • Must
    have Experience with Oracle applications R12 (iProcurement, iExpenses, iSupplier,
    Approval Management Engine AME, Workflow).
  • Familiar
    with EB-TAX and Asset Management 
  • Good
    knowledge of Oracle Applications Implementation methodology (AIM) including
    • MD50
      functional specs and Migration, Patch analysis and testing.
  • Working
    knowledge  with most Microsoft Office
    applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Outstanding
    customer service and communication skills



 



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience
    with Oracle R12 is must
  • Basic
    SQL query skills desired but not required
  • Ability
    to maintain cooperative working relationships with counter-parts
