Job Description

Research, analyze, and provide support for all Compensation and Benefit plans and programs in North America.  Administer and maintain Compensation and Benefit plan change initiatives and ensure accuracy in all implementations, transitions, communications, and plan designs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interface with employees, managers, field HR professionals, retirees, and third party vendors on Compensation and Benefit issues.
  • Assist with Compensation analysis and design on merit, bonus, incentive, equity, and base pay plans.
  • Assist with Benefit plan annual compliance, implementation, and ad-hoc data audits and other reporting requests.
  • Participate in survey requests, research compensation and benefit plans and programs, and generate reports upon request.
  • Prepare standard reports and summaries on benefit costs and savings.
  • Other Compensation and Benefits duties as assigned.

Required Skills
  • Have exceptional analytical and attention to detail skills; very strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills along with Proficiency in office software including; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Limited travel as required.

Required Experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
