1. Executes standard procedures and practices of Product Development Cycle (PDC)

2. Demonstrates basic awareness of customer requirements (e.g., product/process specifications, performance /reporting criteria)

3. Gathers/analyzes data required for product/process/system development purposes (e.g., suppliers, materials, processes, competitors, etc.)

4. Requests and ensures execution of standard product/process/ system testing as directed, and documents results

5. Prepare and present technical data for customer communications.

6. Provide technical assistance for prototype and pre-production development of new designs.

• Self- motivation on dealing with all types of persons
• Ability to push others in the team to move programs forward
• Basic program management knowledge
• Good skills on office tools (Word, Excel, PPT Project)
• Familiar with automotive product development process (APQP), including design release procedure
• Basic understanding on problem-solving tools, like DOE, G8D, etc
• Learn about CAE / FEA / durability theory
• Basic understandings on Six-sigma, DFMEA, DVPR, Lessons learned, etc
• Ability to operate at least one 3D modeling software, like CATIA, UG, IDEAS, etc

2-3 years auto experience.
