Regular Position Summary Overview:
Assist in maintaining a framework measuring financial and statistical performance against quantifiable targets.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze reports identifying differences between current actual results, budgeted targets and prior year actual results; prepare ad hoc financial analyses; prepare and analyze existing monthly financial and statistical reports; develop new reports and analyses. Prepare pro forma financial statements and business plans; prepare analysis required for model development; work, as needed, to develop inputs for models; manage and manipulate data to maintain financial models. Assist in the preparation of the hospital's operating budget.

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting processes and principles and financial analysis and reporting principles required. The ability to use MS applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Also, the ability to communicate effectively is essential.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a major in finance, accounting or related business field and a minimum five (5) years financial or accounting experience required.
