Description: Prepares food menu items for guest in accordance with Zen Sai standards of recipes, quality and presentation
Duties: Completes assigned side-work duties (opening, closing, ongoing)
Operates and maintains all standard kitchen cooking equipment including, grill, fryer, flattop, and broiler
Maintains cleanliness in assigned station and/or stations
Communicates with Kitchen Manager and service staff to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
Ensures product presentation, quality and cook time are in accordance with Clevelander standards
Practices sanitary and safe food handling by properly following health department regulations
Adapts food menu items to customers preferences
Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately
Reports spills and waste of prepared food menu items to Kitchen Manager
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

Qualifications: 18 years old, High school diploma or 2 years related experience preferred

Flexible schedule required

Nights/Weekend/Holiday hours will be required
