Summary:

across traditional trade channels
# Lead Trade/field Execution to best in
class levels
# Lead a healthy franchise alignment committing the bottler to
accelerate pace in Commercial & Shopper Capabilities
Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a successful dialogue with the Bottler establishing a
clear process with analytical evidence and support to execute the 4-key
elements of Planning for Market Success (PfMS) from both a conceptual and
practical perspective

# Segmentation & Insights
# OBPPC

Picture of Success (PoS)
2. Effectively develop short and/or long-term
channel/brand strategies to support Consumer Marketing Plan and business/
brand growth targets by sizing business opportunities, drawing strategies and
proposing actionable solutions to maximize sales, repeat shopping trips, SOM
and get the most for all the performance measurements related to #win at POS#
(SOVI, ND, SOCI, etc., among others)
3. Provide Market Development Mgr (sales)
with a total launch package to successfully introduced new products/packages
that maximize Speed to Market, coverage, sales volume, visibility and
conversion.
4. Effectively management of DME budget
5. Size new opportunities @
alternative channel and draw and strategic and holistic approach to capture it.
6. Prepare reports/presentations of activities results by efficiently
communicating critical learnings, shopper insights and conclusions in order to
provide actionable recommendations
7. Understand Shopper & execution drivers
investment approach to accelerate a sustainable & standard outstanding
execution at POS
8. Define performance and execution metric (scorecards), and
the tools for tracking progress and results
