Job Summary:
Performs receptionist and concierge duties in the LaSalle Lobby on behalf of Bank and building tenants. Answers questions from building occupants (employees and tenants) and from visitors and guests. Serves as main contact for visitor entry into the Bank by facilitating entry process and maintaining appropriate records. Maintains a working knowledge of all areas of the Bank and Tenant functions. Maintains relationships with departmental and tenant hosts. Provides assistance in directing visitors and administrative needs for meetings and tours. Works closely with Law Enforcement Unit and Hospitality services. Provides administrative support related to numerous activities. The level of work required is considered intermediate and staff work under general supervision. This job does not have any direct reports.
