WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
We currently have entry-level opportunities for Actuarial candidates in a variety of our business areas. As a participant in our Actuarial Student Program, your work experience is designed not only to assist you in passing your actuarial exams but also to assist you in developing the performance and leadership skills to flourish as an Actuary. You'll have study time scheduled into your workday, paid review courses for each exam, and automatic salary increases for passing each exam. Some of the key responsibilities of the Actuarial Analyst position include: pricing, establish rates, product development, constructing analytical models, performing financial projections, evaluation of loss costs, manipulation of loss triangles, creating time curves, developing frequency projections, adhoc assignments, presenting results to customs and evaluating risk measures and severity trends.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At leasttwo SOA/CAS exams passed.
- B.S in Actuarial Science or other quantitative field.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Access required.
