Direct Client looking for experienced Biztalk 2010 developers who have a combined 3+ years of experience working as a tech lead on the following HIPPA 5010 transactions: 820, 834, 837I, 837P, 837D, 835.

Emphasis will be given to 837P and 837I experience.

• We need people that can play a tech lead role.
• The individual would work with our architecture team to understand the desired architecture and design.
• Capable writing tech specs based of the architecture design.
• Capable of working with developers to walk through tech specs to position developers to efficiently code and unit test & debug.
• Provide direction to a team of developers throughout the SDLC.
• Work with the project manager to communicate estimates for coding, unit testing & debugging; deployment into each environment; system testing; UAT testing; and post production support warranty period. Must understand how to create a work breakdown structure project managers need to create and maintain the project plan.
• This person must be delivery focused.
