Description:
The Judge Group is partnering with one of our clients to identify candidates for an Engineering Manager role over an expanding medical device/packaging manufacturing facility. The Company is a Vertically Integrated Leading Global Solutions Provider of precision plastic products. They operate a number of domestic locations as well as international operations and offers all aspects of the plastics production processes including product design and development, mold making and design, precision injection molding, advanced decoration, assembly of components and contract manufacturing of finished products.

The Engineering Manager will:

** Manage a group of engineers, technicians and other support personnel responsible for Project Management and new business delivery

** Oversee scheduling and planning projects, staff development and budget management.

** Consult with complimenting departments for the delivery of services outside the scope of the Program Management group.

** Develop and meet budgets for Program Management/New Business Delivery team.

** Work with Program Managers, compliments the delivery of new business programs on-time and on-budget.

** Be responsible for the employment cycle, performance and compensation management, and training and development for assigned direct reports.

Qualified candidates will have:

** BS Engineering or other technical discipline

** 5+ years in Engineering in an Injection Molding environment, medical preferred

This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package of $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, company stock and relocation.
