**AFTER ONE YEAR YOU WILL BE RELOCATED TO A PLANT WHERE THE COMPANY NEEDS YOU**
The Judge Group is seeking a degreed Continuous Improvement Leader for a Fortune 100 food manufacturer located in Ohio. The CIL will be responsible for facilitating and leading plant Continuous Improvement initiatives. He or she will apply the necessary tools to drive improvements in the areas of quality, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities
• Assist all teams with goal-setting and tracking for all Continuous Improvement measures

within the plant
• Choose and apply appropriate Continuous Improvement tools in a way that will improve

production line efficiency, line capacity, and process reliability
• Apply Lean Six Sigma Tools to complete projects with savings in mind.
• Ensure sustainability of improvements by creating control plans
• Enable, coach and guide effective teams to solve any problems that may arise and

eliminate waste
• Participate in all relevant aspects of plant project initiatives and capital project initiatives
• Create presentations and administer Continuous Improvement training for all manufacturing

levels within the plant
• Provide mentoring and technical expertise
• Collaborate with the plant IT Manager to utilize and manager the plant’s system to

effectively locate and prioritize improvement opportunities where applicable
• Establish, communicate and reinforce best practices agreed upon within the plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university

• Must be Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

• Demonstrated capability in developing effective and efficient solutions to complex and

diverse business problems
• Strong analytical , mathematical, and conceptual skills

• Strong computer skills (Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and

Project)

• Ability to guide a team to collectively while creating proactive solutions

• Must be willing to travel occasionally

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must have strong negotiation skills

• Must be extremely results oriented

• Open to travel 25%-50% of the time
