Regional distributor seeks Human Resources Manager for growth opportunity in Lexington, KY area. Successful candidate will have directed all human resources functions in a high volume distribution or manufactuing facility. BS/BA Degree is required. Responsible for all day to day department activities including; training safety government reporting benefit administration wage and salary workmans compensation and associate relations in a non-union plant.
