This job will have the following responsibilities:

* This is your opportunity to be part of a senior engineering team as Our Client implements engineered standards within their distribution centers.
* You will be responsible for various engineering projects within the Best Practices Group to support work analysis and measurement across the distribution network.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
* 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment implementing work measurements
* Must also have experience in continuous improvement
* Must have experience implementing an LMS preferably with an attached incentive
