Our client is currently seeking a IT SECURITY ARCHITECT.

Responsibilities:
Our Systems Architect is responsible for analyzing and translating complex business requirements into processes, designs, and solutions that balance business needs with the latest technology strategies. The architect is responsible for creating and maintaining solution roadmaps. This position also contributes to the development of global IT technology strategies.

The Systems Architect evaluates, recommends, and selects technologies providing long-term compatibility and flexibility. This position is a liaison between the business sponsors, solution owners, and vendors.

We are seeking people with excellent leadership skills, an ability to develop complex technical systems and solutions, excellent communication skills and an understanding of how to incorporate new large scale solutions into a diverse computing environment. The candidate should be a self-starter, have curiosity for technical solutions, how they work and how they solve business needs. They are required to have a deep knowledge of Windows based systems and other related IT technologies and are able to effectively present information in a variety methods.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
* Minimum five years of demonstrated ability to strategically plan, design and implement Windows related technology solutions
* Minimum five years of demonstrated experience with development lifecycles, including formal requirement gathering, preliminary design, formal testing methodologies, implementation strategies, and monitoring techniques.
* Designing or improving production performance or workflow processes.
* Ability to prioritize several projects, perform vendor evaluations, and architect solutions while adhering to the overall Information Technology standards.
* Document solution options and recommendations.
* Ability to document technical solutions including architecture, installation, configuration and support standards.
* Ability to engage several engineering groups to ensure complete solution meets the requested business functions
* Expert knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in a mid/large sized corporation with multiple Microsoft technologies.
