Position: Technology Support Analyst

Location: Franklin, TN

Duration: 1 Month

This function provides local technical support to UnitedHealth Group’s computer user community. Includes installations, upgrades, computing problem resolution, diagnosis of issue severity, recovery and project implementation.

This position will focus on desktop/laptop installation of the UHG ARMA tool and associated inventory maintenance for legacy equipment in use by the Franklin Operations business users located both on-site and remote.
