Judge Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager in the Transportation department for a manufacturer in Iowa. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, self-motivated leader / team player. The successful candidate will have extensive experience developing a procurement strategy for transportation across the organization.

- Transportation reporting standards
- Transportation procurement across the supply chain
- Transportation forecasting
- Manage carrier performance
- Perform cost analysis within the transportation department
- Understand and react to changing transportation modes and processes and deliver optimal cost for our shipments
- Drive acceptance of standards
- Monitor inventory cost, transportation cost, and service
- Interface with outside suppliers, carriers, and partners to drive improvements
- Work with procurement to understand inventory cost, transportation cost in order to insure the best cost for shipments
