Job Title: PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - CALL CENTER Job Type: Contract to Perm Company: JUDGE GROUP Location: Philadelphia PA Contact E-mail: cbrown@judge.com Salary: Open Description: Judge Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Techinician for the call center with a great company in the Philadelphia area !! The Pharmacy Call Center Technicians will be responsible for the following: * Providing knowledgeable and courteous customer assistance and response to members, providers and Pharmacy Call Center Technician inquiries. * Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy issues from providers/physicians and members. * Identify and/or respond to inquiries, benefit payments, complaints, dissatisfactions, grievances and claim issues. * Document calls in inquiry tracking system. * Using established protocols, ensure resolutions provided are presented in a clear and accurate manner. * Facilitate problem resolution and act as customers advocate. The qualifications for this position are: * PTCB Certified. * At least six months Pharmacy Technician experience. * Great communication skills. * Comfortable working with computers, type 35 wpm. * High School diploma or equivalent.
