A food manufacturing company in Dallas currently searching for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations. A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dry goods or baked goods experience and/or 3 years as a Supervisor in a food manufacturing facility. Degree is preferred but not required. Job Summary:

-Supervise subordinates to meet production goals and efficiencies.

-Oversee shift production maximizing throughput of equipment and processes.

-Develop flowcharts and track key performance metrics using technical writing and reporting skills.

-Coordinate milling activities and departmental maintenance with production schedules and ensure effective communication with appropriate departments.

-Ensure compliance with safety record keeping inventory management and quality performance parameters.
Job Skills required:

-3 years production experience and/or 3 years as a Supervisor in a food manufacturing facility.

-Effective leadership communication and computer skills.

-Experience working in union environment

-Degree is preferred but not required.

-Bilingual is a plus
