Regional Manufacturing Company is seaching for a Production Supervisor. Prefer a candidate with a 4 year degree and 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a food, beverage or consumer products company. Candidate must be open to a 2nd shift position.

Candidate should have:

Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Oracle or other ERP System a plus
Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment
Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor hourly production associates
Past experience training associates in safe work practices, following GMP's, 5-S principles, and applying Lean Manufacturing

Candidate will:

Leads production and sanitation employees to achieve performance standards with regards to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, line efficiency and quality.
Manage all department production activities and documentation while meeting the production schedule.
Ensure safe working environment, complying with all safety regulations.
Team with Maintenance and Repair groups to protect and maintain production department assets.
Direct the daily departmental functions.
Maintain costs within budget and monitor at regular intervals.
Ensure product is manufactured to quality specifications and regulations.
Ensure operation is performed within established Good Manufacturing Practices.
