Description:
This client is currently seeking the future leaders of the organization. They are seeking 2 types of people. The first would be a 2011 or 2012 graduate with no experience and possess one of the following degrees. Training will be provided prior to you being placed in the role. They require a 2.70 overall GPA. The idea is to groom this person for a future Plant Manager down the road.

The other option is to be a degreed with one of the degrees listed above candidate with production leadership experience from any type of manufacturing setting. You must have no more than 5 years practical experience.

Also required for the opportunity is some examples of LEADERSHIP in high school and/or college.

All candidates must be open to starting their career on 2nd or 3rd shift 3pm to 11pm or 11 pm to 7 am where you will supervisor hourly associates in either quality assurance/quality control-production or the slicing department of either natural cheese cream cheese or processed cheese. The company will provide relocation but you MUST be relocatable to other facilities for future growth early on in your career i.e. 1 more mover due to promotion after 1.5-2 years in the first role..
