Judge Healthcare is currently seeking aRN Psych Manager for an excellent health system in the Providence, RI area. The qualified candidate will be working 1st shift on a behavioral health unit.
Shift: 1st shift on a Monday through Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for supporting and promoting the mission, vision and values of the Patient Care Services Department and Roger Williams Medical Center.
She/he acts as a resource to both nursing staff and other health care professionals to provide continuous quality care.
She/he assures quality patient outcomes through the development and implementation of clinical standards, the provision of quality improvement activities, and by devising innovative and cost effective approaches to clinical practice and health care delivery systems.
Qualifications/ Experience:
Active RN License in the state of RI.

ATLEAST 1-2 years of management experience.

ATLEAST 2-3 years of clinical acute care experience.

ATLEAST 2-3 years of psych experience.

BSN Preferred.
