Judge Healthcare is seeking a Recreational Therapy Supervisor for the Geriatric program of a well-known Health System in Philadelphia. The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

Planning, organization, coordination and implementation of a comprehensive program of therapeutic and recreational activities.
· Assesses plans care for and provides therapeutic recreation services to frail elderly participants.

· Supervises recreational therapy staff and personal care aides (during the course of recreational therapy duties).

· Conducts initial assessments and periodic reassessments, plan of care, coordination of 24 hour care delivery.
Bachelor’s Degree; Recreation Therapy, Human Services or related field preferred.
Four years of experience in social/recreational programs, preferably in a long term care or program setting.
Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or ACC Certified (Activity Consultant Certified) through Certification Council for Activities Professionals.
