Description:
Our client is currently seeking a SR. BUSINESS ANALYST responsible for supporting and overseeing a variety of functions related to multiple projects and programs for federal agencies
This job will have the following responsibilities:

* Manage multiple projects and programs and be responsible for all financial aspects of those projects and programs
* Provide a single point of contact for those projects financials - from concept through final implementation
* Review customer purchase orders and contracts against proposal responses and quotes for accuracy before implementation
* Create and maintain contract value and funding tracking information for each federal customer projects and programs while accurately recording all contract changes
* Manage the business operations post-sales relationship between the customer and client.
* Identify, understand and address the customers financial reporting needs
Compile appropriate audit tracking of all contracts, invoices, payments and quotes for all GSA and non-GSA contracts.
* Interface with customer regarding aging balances, funding shortfall, contract modifications, billing questions
* Provide data analysis and facilitate communication across business units.
* Provide compliance with policies in reference to collections, credits, etc.
* Make recommendations for the development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for the program
* Support the PMO by providing weekly and monthly status report as required by contract and in other communications, as necessary
* Attend program meetings and track action items as defined in customer engagements and meeting(s)

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Minimum of seven years of budgeting, pricing, and contract management within the Federal sector, preferably with a services/ solutions provider, systems integrator or IT consulting firm
* Familiarity with government accounting practices/standards
* Ability to monitor and report on project status, budgets, schedules, etc.
* Must be able to clearly and regularly communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders
* Must be able to function effectively in a quick paced environment with frequently changing business needs
* Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail and able to multi-task and manage multiple shifting priorities.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills to meet all project and proposal timelines.
* Ability to work accurately under extreme time pressures; and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong skills in the areas of math, analysis, problem-solving, communication and business management
* Strong skills in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, with mastery in MS Excel and Deltek systems
* Must possess 4 year degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and training, preferably in accounting, business or finance.
* U.S. Citizen
* DOD Secret Security Clearance desired
* Eligible for higher upgrade to TS or TS/SCI
