POSITION: Warehouse Supervisor
LOCATION: Kuhnsville/Allentown, PA
SALARY: 60-70 K
DEGREE: Degreed
EXPERIENCE: 3-5+ Years -
RELOCATION: Yes
SHIFT a Day Shift

Warehouse Supervisor is a key member of the of the warehouse Operation's Team. The Warehouse Supervisor is a Team Leader in a fast paced environment. The Warehouse Supervisor directly supervises 15-30 technicians, primarily warehousers. The Warehouse Supervisor will be trained in Distribution, manufacturing, and sales operations while assisting team members in solving problems and improving performance.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business/logistics or related field
Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results
Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
Ability to work off shifts if required
Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
Develop team to solve own day-to-day operational issues
Develop and execute annual/quarterly service targets and objectives
Perform daily production shift reconciliation and make necessary adjustments
Administer policies and practices
