Description:
The Marble Collection, Inc. [TMC] seeks an intern to assist the Executive Director with daily administration and special projects. The intern will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, financial report design and preparation, and researching operations and HR procedures in the nonprofit community.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with preparation of budgets and Quickbooks accounting software preferred.

This is an unpaid internship open to graduate students, early career professionals and qualified undergraduates. Academic credit can be awarded based on school guidelines. Hours vary by position and length of internship. The number of hours per week can be flexible.

The Marble Collection, Inc. [TMC] was founded in 2008 to enrich the Massachusetts high school community through educational literary and creative arts programming. TMC emphasizes the importance of creative cultivation as it pertains to educational achievement, social development, and future collegiate and career success. TMC cultivates and celebrates the creative accomplishments of Massachusetts youth by publishing the only statewide, biannual print and digital magazine of the arts for and by Massachusetts secondary students. The Marble Collection: Massachusetts High School Magazine of the Arts features secondary students art, literature, music and video works, weaving the arts back into the fabric of our community. In addition, TMCs Student-Mentoring Workshop [SMW] provides students with one-to-one tutoring services to edit and critique their work before publication. By learning and partaking in the comprehensive publication process, students strengthen their artistic and academic aptitude.
