Description

CareMeridian is seeking a LPN/LVN with strong medical/surgical background, excellent critical thinking, and top notch assessment skills to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services for medically complex catastrophic care patients in a sub-acute/rehabilitation type environment. Ideal candidates enjoy clinically complexity and assisting patients along their road to recovery. Must have great ability to prioritize, problem solve, manage time effectively, and have effective communication with team members. Must be proficient with required medical documentation. Preferred candidates will have an understanding of rehabilitative nursing, with experience in hospital, sub-acute, or rehabilitation setting as an LPN/LVN.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Two year college degree in nursing or related field or state certificate
  • One year of experience working with population served in a nursing capacity
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure for state of residence
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
