REM Hennepin is seeking both full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals, starting at 11.64 an hour, throughout Hennepin County including Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. By joining our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in a community-based setting. Additional responsibilities may be providing assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
