The Office of Public Advocate Bill de Blasio is seeking energetic and talented internship candidates who are looking to improve the welfare of New York City residents through the legal, legislative and policy-making processes. Candidates with an interest or background in public interest law and the following policy areas are particularly encouraged to apply: education, community development, land use/urban planning, public safety, civil rights, election reform, social services, transportation, and environment.
