Accounting & Administration Job Listing at The Sliding Door Company in Houston, TX
Distribution Management Company is looking for a full-time Administrator with bookkeeping knowledge to provide assistance in our accounting department.
Areas of work include but are not limited to A/P, A/R and daily cash entries as well as G/L entries, cash management and preparation of J/E's, account analysis and reconciliations required for creating monthly financial statements. Previous experience within a small accounting office as well as the ability to multi-task in a high volume atmosphere is needed. Other Skills needed. • Must have excellent Verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Windows, Excel and Quick Books required. • Must be organized, detailed oriented and self-motivated. Salary range is $30-$35K. Full time position with full benefits.
